The Massage Specialists provide therapeutic massage only; within the ethical and legal boundaries of the definition of massage in the state of Hawaii.
Cell Phones
We kindly ask you to turn your cell phones off while you are on our premises, and please keep talking to a minimum during your massage. Mahalo for your kokua.
Late/Cancellation Policies/No Shows
If you have to cancel your appointment, or are running late, please let us know as soon as you can, min 2 hours in advance. If your session starts late, we may have to shorten your massage if there is another client booked immediately after your appointment. For group booking, we require credit card information; to avoid the cancellation fee of $25/person, please comply with our 2 hour cancellation policy.
Refund Policies
Each therapist has a different touch, and each client likes different techniques. It is totally fine to express your feelings if you're dissatisfied with your massage. Full refunds are given within the first 10 minutes of the massage, or you may ask for a different therapist.
Refusal of Service
To maintain the safety of our patrons, as well as a peaceful working environment for our employees, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Clients asking for illegal services, or disrespecting our therapists or receptionists in any way, including any kind of sexual advances, will be asked to leave immediately and not return. To protect the well-being of our clients, we also refuse to provide service to anyone who is intoxicated, or under the influence of drugs.
Clients who frequently no-showed for a scheduled appointment are welcomed for a walk-in appointment.
